Shipping Policy
Here’s a turnkey Shipping Policy template that ticks all the boxes for Google Merchant Center approval. Just plug in your carrier names, rates and cut-off times where needed, and publish it on your site under a clear “Shipping Policy” link.

1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories. At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the U.S.
2. Order Processing & Cut-off

Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM CT Monday–Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays).

Handling time: 1–3 business days to pick, pack & label your order.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods, Delivery Estimates & Costs
We partner with USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL. All costs shown below include any handling or packaging fees.

Note: At checkout we calculate exact costs by weight, dimensions & destination. We intentionally “round up” our rates so your cart total never increases at checkout.
4. Free Shipping
Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $100 (shipped to contiguous U.S. only). No promo code required.
5. Special-Item & Oversized Shipping
For products tagged “Oversized” or “Perishable” in our feed, we apply carrier-approved rates. In Merchant Center these use your [shipping_label]
values so Google shows the correct, lowest possible rate.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped you’ll receive a confirmation email with your carrier, tracking number and tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier’s system to update.
7. Shipping Exceptions & Restrictions

P.O. boxes/APO/FPO: only via USPS — no courier service available.

Hazardous or restricted items may incur extra fees or limitations.

Peak-season or weather delays: transit might exceed estimates; we’ll notify you via email if there’s a significant delay.
8. Google Merchant Center Compliance
To stay in lock-step with Google’s requirements:

We submit all shipping charges (shipping, handling, logistics/carrier fees) in Merchant Center’s

attribute or account-level settings. -
Shipping speeds & costs on our product pages exactly match what’s in Merchant Center.

We overestimate rather than undercharge, so your checkout total is never higher than what’s advertised.
